China's basketball team suspended from training for one month for fighting, perpetrated by players in the Asian team in a friendly match with Brazil on Tuesday. Friendly match against Brazil was a training program for Chinese athletes to start in November, the Asian Games. It is still unknown how the team will prepare for the upcoming tournament in connection with the disqualification of the best players.
Manshiet Nasser is a strange community in Cairo, Egypt. People call this place The City of Garbage because tons of trash come here from all over the capital of Egypt. The most unusual thing about this place is that people actually live here.
Another strange thing about Manshiet Nasser is that local residents, the Zabbaleen, including women and kids dig through the garbage looking for something to resell. About 80 per cent of this trash is recycled and resold later on.
Cairo is not the only city on earth where such a model of Manshiet Nasser exists. It is already copied by communities in Los Angeles, Bombay and Manila.
